Woman’s Nutrition offers the CDC’s National Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP). If you have been diagnosed with prediabetes or know you are at an increased risk for developing type 2 diabetes, learn how this DPP can help you! Not sure if you’re at an increased risk? Take this Risk Test » If you score 5 or higher, contact our coordinator for more information about the program and registration. Open to women who meet the criteria.

Woman’s Diabetes Prevention Program is a one-year course at Woman’s Center for Wellness, focused on specific lifestyle changes to reduce the risk of developing type 2 diabetes.
