Woman’s Hospital Announces Election of New Officers of the Board of Directors
Today, Woman’s President and CEO Rene Ragas announced the newly elected officers of the Woman’s Hospital Board of Directors. They will serve for the 2026-2027 board year.
“We are honored to announce the appointment of our new board officers who reflect the spirit of the community we serve,” said Woman’s CEO Rene Ragas. “They each bring a wealth of experience, integrity, leadership and commitment to our hospital that strengthens our mission of improving the lives of women and infants.”

About Woman’s Hospital
Woman’s is a specialty hospital for women and infants located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Since opening in 1968, it has welcomed more than 400,000 babies, making it one of the largest delivery services in the country and the largest in Louisiana.
