Filming and Photography Notice

To protect the privacy and safety of our patients, visitors, and team members, filming, photography, or recording on Woman’s Hospital campuses for media, commercial, or public distribution purposes is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.

This includes, but is not limited to, television productions, news media, documentaries, social media content intended for public sharing, and any other form of external distribution.

All approved filming must be coordinated in advance through Woman’s Hospital, conducted with a hospital representative present at all times, and all staff must be informed in advance if filming will occur in their area. Please send all request to the Woman's Hospital Communications Department at publicrelations@womans.org.
