Woman’s Hospital Welcomes Dr. Jane Angel
Woman’s Hospital is pleased to announce that Dr. Jane Angel has joined the outstanding team of physicians with Woman’s Assessment Center.
Dr. Angel returns to her hometown from Texas where she practiced OB-GYN in private practice for nearly 30 years. She received her medical degree from LSU Medical School in New Orleans and completed residency at LSU New Orleans.
Her medical interests include minimally invasive surgeries with robotic techniques, gynecology for women of all ages and menopause management. While her practice has primarily focused on gynecology in recent years, Dr. Angel is excited to reconnect with her OB roots and provide more obstetrical care.
Dr. Angel is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is a member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, The Menopause Society, Jefferson County Medical Society, and the Texas Medical Association.
A native of Baton Rouge, Dr. Angel is happy to be closer to her family and friends.
