- Fitness: Prenatal Fitness and Fit After Baby small group personal training classes
- Nutrition: Nutrition Counseling and Balance️ Program for nutrition, fitness and accountability
- Therapy: Birth Prep Therapy, Diastasis Recti Correction, Muscle/Joint Discomfort, Pelvic Pain or Urinary Incontinence
