Special Interests

Dr. Chiasson specializes in both cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the breast, body and face.  She enjoys the variety that plastic surgery provides both in case types and patient population.

She has a special interest in breast reconstruction and has been a presenter at national meetings and a published author on the subject.  Because each breast cancer patient is unique, Dr. Chiasson strives to understand her patient on a personal level in order to make the best treatment recommendations.

Dr. Chiasson also strongly values international medical mission work and using her skills to benefit those most in need.  She has traveled twice to Honduras in recent years to assist with numerous pediatric plastic surgery cases including cleft lip and palate repair, treatment of congenital hand deformities, burn scar revisions and even hair transplants.
