Summary
Dr. Cuntz specializes only in breast cancer surgeries. She also care for women who are at high risk for breast cancer, but not yet diagnosed.
Dr. Cuntz is board certified by the American Board of Surgery, a fellow of the American College of Surgeons, an active member of the American Society of Breast Surgeons and the American Society of Breast Diseases. She is certified in Hidden Scar™ breast surgery.
She came to Baton Rouge in 1998 in a private General Surgery practice with a predominant breast practice. She joined Louisiana Breast Specialist in 2007.
Dr. Cuntz is a graduate of LSU where she received her Bachelor's of Science degree in 1987. She also attended the LSU Medical Center of New Orleans, earning her M.D. in 1993. She completed her General Surgery Residency at Charity Hospital in New Orleans from 1993 to 1997.
