Is digestion slowing you down? Feeling bloated, uncomfortable, or just not quite right after meals?
Join us for a free, informative session where a Doctor of Physical Therapy (PT) and a Registered Dietitian (RD) team up to give you the tools for optimal digestion. This class will explore how your body’s movement and nutrition work together to support a healthy digestive system.
Our PT will discuss:
- Healthy habits
- Relaxation training
- The role your pelvic floor plays in passing stool
- How to decrease unwanted side effects from bad toileting habits through proper positioning
Our RD will provide:
- Easy-to-understand nutrition advice to help you support digestion through your food choices
