    Prepare your child for the new baby through practice with life-like baby dolls.
  • Lamaze: A Labor of Love
    Learn how to apply Lamaze techniques for coping with the pain in labor and birth that were discussed in Part II of Preparing for Delivery.
  • Body Basics for Boys
    Your preteen will learn how his body is growing, what changes to expect during puberty and how to take care of himself during this informal, open discussion.
  • A Baby Is Coming
    As your 4 to 8-year-old prepares to be a big brother or sister, he or she will practice diapering, feeding, dressing and playing with baby dolls.
  • Safe Sitter
    Safe Sitter® is designed to prepare students in grades 6-8 to be safe when they're home alone, watching younger siblings, or babysitting. The instructor-led class is filled with fun games and role-playing exercises. Students even get to use manikins to practice rescue skills like choking rescue and CPR.
  • Advanced Fetal Heart Monitoring
