WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Reduce the pain and discomfort of arthritis and improve your overall health.

    No matter if you need relief from arthritis pain or just want to be active, this six-week program can teach you how to safely make physical activity part of your everyday life.

  • Walking is the central activity.

    These FREE Classes are taught by an Arthritis Foundation certified leader and includes materials to get you safely moving toward feeling better.

  • Build confidence in your abilities.

    Increase your balance, strength and walking pace.

  • Follow the FIT formula for walking.

    When you walk, think about the FIT formula – Frequency (how often), Intensity (how fast) and Time (how long). We meet every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 10:00 AM-11:00 AM.


Participation welcomed for ONE 6-week program per person.

Program may be postponed or canceled if minimum registration requirements are not met.
