Learn About Balance

    Eating better and finding the right exercise will make you healthier and can help lose weight. Woman’s offers a variety of nutrition, fitness and combination programs - alongside accountability - to help you fall in love with taking care of yourself. 

    Balance offers two different types of plans with unique benefits. A 12-Week Individual or 12-Week Group plan.

    12-Week Individual Plan

    • Completely customized 
    • Includes resting metabolic rate test and body composition analysis 
    • 2 consultations with a dietitian (60 minutes and 30 minutes) 
    • One-on-one personal training two days a week equals 24 sessions with a personal trainer 
    • 10 wellness coaching sessions (30 minutes each) 
    • This plan is great for someone with special dietary or orthopedic concerns, or currently pregnant

    12-Week Group Plan

    Enrollment three times a year - more groups times will become available as needed

    • Jan/Feb/March
    • May/June/July
    • August/September/October

    The group plan includes:

    • 12 weekly wellness seminars that last one hour on Wednesdays at 5:30 p.m.
    • 24 small-group training sessions that last 45-minutes each. These take place Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30 p.m.

    The eating plans offers a wide range of practical advice:

    • Receive reputable advice from registered dietitians  
    • Plan healthy meals and snacks based on your preferences  
    • Learn the best way to eat to lose weight for your body
    • Learn four proven methods for weight loss 

    What to Expect: Workout Plan

    Woman’s workout plan will help you meet your goals:

    • Engage in resistance training with metabolic circuits  
    • Find a realistic workout plan that works with your schedule 
    • Learn proper form and techniques 

    What to Expect: Wellness Coach

    • Accountability 
    • Weekly weigh-ins 
    • Measurements and body composition analysis 
    • Customized support to assist you in behavior change
