Participants will:

  • Attend classes about newborn care, breastfeeding, car seat safety and more from local experts and pediatricians.
  • Become familiar with what to expect at the hospital during labor and delivery and after the baby arrives.
  • Meet local vendors with products and services to help new and expecting parents.

    • Recognized as Presenting Sponsor in radio ads

  • Classroom Sponsor - $2,500

  • Exhibitor Booth Sponsor - $750

    • Booth: One 8 ft. table, 2 chairs, tablecloth, signage
    • Company name listed on event brochure & website
    • Database of event attendees
    • Flyer or promotional item distributed in giveaway bags

Event Guidelines

  • Mandatory: Booths must be ready by 8:30 AM and staffed until 12:00 PM

    • Setup begins at 7:30 AM; booth signage provided
    • Booth location is determined by sponsor level and order of receipt
    • A grab-and-go breakfast will be provided for event sponsors and exhibitors
    • All vendors must donate a door prize valued at $50 or more

  • Woman’s reserves the right to accept or reject any exhibitor request based on the hospital’s
    mission, vision and values.

    Exhibitors are limited to those offering products and/or services that are exclusively related
    to new or expectant parents, babies or childbirth.

    In observance of Woman’s The Gift designation, you may not display, sell, give away or
    promote the following items (including on decorative displays):

    • Pacifiers
    • Artificial nipples
    • Bottles
    • Formula
