Patient Experience

At Woman's, every experience counts.

Patient Satisfaction

We keep track of every patient comment because your time with us is important. Through an internal survey, we can proudly say that our inpatients and outpatients are "very satisfied" with their overall experience.

For many years, Woman’s has considered patient experience an indicator of high quality care. This is measured through safety, effectiveness, patient focus, timeliness, efficiency and equity. The Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS) survey is the first national, standardized, publicly reported survey of patients’ perspectives of hospital care. Woman’s exceeds state and national averages in all measurement categories. FY 2018
