Dr. Hailey is a graduate of the 1998 class of Tulane University School of Medicine.
He completed a General Surgery Residency at Carraway Methodist Medical Center in Birmingham, AL in 2003 and has since limited his practice to the Diagnosis and Treatment of Cancer and Diseases of the Breast.
Dr. Hailey is board certified by the American Board of Surgery, and is a member of the American College of Surgeons, the American Society of Breast Surgeons, the American Society of Breast Disease, the National Consortium of Breast Centers, and the Carraway Surgical Society.
He is also a fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
