WHAT TO EXPECT

  • This class series is inspired by community outreach with a desire to make health-friendly cooking pleasant and with ease, and to enhance the overall experience in the kitchen.

    We will provide practical information on a variety of topics focused on improving your nutritional knowledge and awareness. We will also teach participants tangible and relevant approaches to healthy eating.

  • Led by Woman’s registered dietitian, Michelle Landry.
  • Meal provided.

    A variety of ingredients are used in the kitchen, which is not a nut-free, gluten-free, or dairy-free space. If you have food allergy questions, please call 924-8938.
