Designed for prenatal women, this low-impact workout increases flexibility, strength and cardiovascular fitness throughout your pregnancy. The water reduces the usual stress on your muscles and body while supporting the baby’s weight.
Moms-to-be perform yoga poses with prenatal modifications for the ever-changing pregnant body, preparing her for labor and alleviating some of the discomforts associated with pregnancy.

Prenatal women will work with a trainer who will challenge each participant to keep a healthy body throughout pregnancy, making recovery easier. Postnatal classes with your baby allow bonding time while working to return to pre-pregnancy fitness levels. Fit after Baby
New moms and babies, join us for a postnatal restorative workout with a focus is on functional movement and managing activities of daily living with your baby. Babies will be held in a sling or carrier for the duration of the class.
