Exercise will be limited to 90 minutes only; taking a class AND workout on the fitness floor. Please arrive 15 minutes before class time to allow for screening. Class schedule will be updated as more information is confirmed.

Group Exercise Classes »

As a Fitness Member, enjoy more than 100 group exercise classes per week, from high intensity, to aquatics, to mind/body. If you want to try out fitness membership prior to joining, we offer your first fitness workout day FREE. Or ask about a one week trial pass.

We do not currently offer exercise classes specifically for mom-to-be and new moms.
