Woman’s Center for Wellness is one of the area’s leading providers of physical therapy services for women and men. We offer one-on-one sessions with licensed therapists who have several specialty certifications including:
- Dry needling (similar to acupuncture)
- Graston® (technique to detect and treat scar tissue that affects normal body function)
- Manual therapy for lymphedema (limb swelling)
Woman’s Center for Wellness also has a warm water therapy pool, which offers many advantages that are essential in helping therapy patients achieve success. The buoyancy of the aqua environment reduces body weight resistance and stress on the joints, and increases ease of movement.

Medical Exercise Program
This unique program is a safe and effective bridge between physical therapy and independent exercise. This program is for those who need medically trained specialists to provide supervised exercise and training. Our program is held in a small group setting and is ideal if you have recently been discharged from physical therapy or are new to exercise.
Medical Personal Training
This program is for those requiring one-on-one training using an exercise plan that’s customized based on an individual’s medical history.
Woman’s Center for Wellness Fitness Club offers a discounted membership to women post surgery. Our fitness club is staffed with trained Exercise Specialists to assist you in getting started with an independent fitness plan. Personal training is always an option if you want individualized attention and accountability.
