Unlock the secret to a more effective workout with our small group training. Each session is crafted to provide the individualized attention you deserve, led by experienced personal trainers. Explore a range of specialized classes like Pilates Reformer for flexibility, TRX Suspension for strength, Cardio Jump Board for endurance, and Flow Motion for balance. Class Registration Information

    • Go to the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android)
    • Search for MindBody
    • Install "MindBody: Fitness, Salon & Spa"
    • Once installed, open the app and create an account
    • Once an account is created, confirm your account through your email.
    • Allow MindBody to access your devices location
    • At the top of the screen, search "Woman's"
      • If it does not initially come up, change the location search radius to 50 miles then search again
    • Once Woman's is pulled up, click the heart on the right side of our name to save it in your favorites
    • Click "View Schedule" to see all the classes that are offered daily
    • Choose the class you would like to take and click the "Book" button
    • Select the "Appointments" tab
    • Select the drop down arrow for "Lap Pool"
    • Select "Lap Swim/Walk"
    • Select a Lane
    • If no dates show up, tap the "Load More Days" button
    • Select a date
    • Select an available time
    • Select "Complete Booking"
