Lisa Gautreau, MD is an OB/GYN specialist at Louisiana Women’s Healthcare who provides quality care for women of all ages in the Baton Rouge community.

After graduating in 1999 from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans, Dr. Gautreau completed her internship and residency at the University of South Alabama in Mobile, AL. Dr. Gautreau is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Described as a good listener, Dr. Gautreau focuses on answering patients’ questions and addressing their concerns, regardless of the situation. She has experience treating breast diseases, infertility, abnormal vaginal bleeding, and many other disorders.

When dealing with her obstetrics patients, especially high-risk pregnancies, Dr. Gautreau makes the safety and health of both mother and baby her number one priority. She is accomplished in the use of many procedures, including C-section deliveries and vaginal deliveries after a previous C-section. Dr. Gautreau also treats hypertension and diabetes, especially when these conditions threaten to complicate pregnancy and birth.
