Julie Martin , MD

Summary

Julie Martin, MD has over 17 years of experience as a gynecologist and obstetrician. She provides compassionate and professional care for women of all ages and enjoys working with patients throughout their lives at Louisiana Women’s Healthcare in Baton Rouge.

Dr. Martin has experience treating patients with infertility, high-risk pregnancies, pregnancy complications, menopausal disorders, polycystic ovarian syndrome, (PCOS), uterine fibroid removal (myomectomy), and more.

Dr. Martin graduated from the University of Wisconsin Medical School, and then completed her OB/GYN residency at LSU Health Sciences Center in New Orleans, where she was named Chief Resident. She is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology and is a fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.

When she isn’t caring for women at work, she is spending quality time with her three children and her husband.
