Dr. Kate Chiasson is a native of Baton Rouge and a graduate of St. Aloysius School and St. Joseph’s Academy. She completed medical school at LSU School of Medicine in Shreveport and then went on to finish five years of general surgery training at the Ochsner Clinic in New Orleans and three years of specialty training in plastic and reconstructive surgery at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
Dr. Chiasson is joined in practice by her mother, Dr. Ann Reilley, and the two women have one of the very few mother-daughter plastic surgery practices in the country. Dr. Chiasson believes that everyBODY is unique, so her goal is to make each patient feel at ease, to understand her patient’s wishes, and provide a thoughtful tailored approach to her care. She is honored to serve the patients of Baton Rouge, whether their needs are reconstructive or cosmetic.
