How The Woman’s Program Works

Video: Are you ready to lose weight?
Initial Nutrition Screen and Program Assessment (60 minutes):
- Review your health profile
- Explain the three phases of the program and how Ideal Protein products work
- Create your program timeline, develop your weight loss goals
- Establish exercise recommendations and vitamin and supplement requirements
- Get started.
Weekly Health Coach Appointments:
- You will meet with your health coach weekly during Phase 1 and 2.
- At each meeting, we will review your food journal, weigh-in and re-measure. We will work with you to create positive changes in your diet and encourage you to continue successfully throughout the program.
- We encourage our dieters to ask questions, and communicate any concerns or positive tips that we can share.
- We offer virtual appointments and curbside pickup.
Because this weight loss method is not appropriate for everyone, Woman's does offer other weight loss lifestyle change programs and fitness memberships.
We also offer our alternative program optimized for adolescents and patients with diabetes.
