Types of personal training:

  • Individualized Training: One-on-one training may be purchased individually or in blocks of 15, 8, 5, or 3 sessions for a price advantage. Individualized training is also available for small groups.
  • Specialized Classes Small Group Training: You’ll make new friends, stay motivated, be inspired by your group’s energy and get the guidance you need to reach your goals.
  • Medical Exercise Programs: Make movement your medicine. This unique program developed by Woman’s Center for Wellness offers specialized exercise programs based on individual medical needs and fitness levels.
  • Virtual Personal Training (Zoom meetings) are available. Call 225-924-8944 to arrange for your training package.
