- Circuit 1: Squats, Bent Over Low Row and High Row, Standing Marches and Seal Jacks
- Circuit 2: Bridges, Standing Push-Ups, Bear Plank or Modified Plank and Calf Raises
- Circuit 3: Get-Ups, Arm Circles, Clam Shells and Lateral Walks
* Or any two or three days a week that work for you.
