Woman’s Hospital GRACE Program

The Woman’s GRACE program supports expectant mothers who are misusing opioids through comprehensive care coordination during and after pregnancy.

  • GRACE works with physicians, social service agencies, hospitals, mental health agencies, the legal system and other community partners to identify and connect women to resources to aid in their care and recovery.
  • GRACE aims to reduce the stigma and bias of addiction by training hospital staff.
  • GRACE is the only program of its kind in Louisiana and one of only a few in the entire United States.
