NICU Support
You don't have to do it all alone. Our NICU support services includes:
- Child life specialists are available to minimize stress and help families (parents, caregivers, siblings and babies) cope effectively with their healthcare experience. This can be done through preparation, education, and other supportive activities.
- Our pastoral services chaplain is available to talk with people of all faiths and can make regular visits to patients and their families. Our nondenominational chapel is always open to patients, families, and friends as a place for prayer, meditation, reflection or simply a place for a few quiet moments.
- NICU social workers and a March of Dimes Family Support Specialist to provide resources and opportunities for families who are going through similar situations to meet and support one another.

Space Just For Parents
We consider parents a critical part of our care team. Since parents often spend countless hours with us, we designed the NICU Parent Classroom and NICU Parent Lounge especially for them. These areas allow us to educate parents on their infant’s individual care needs and provide a private space for parents to gather.
