Woman's offers calcium scoring, a screening for plaque in the coronary arteries. Our goal is to catch heart disease before symptoms occur and begin lifestyle changes and possibly medical intervention to slow its progression.
Woman's registered dietitians can work with you one-on-one or in a group setting to provide the information you need to manage your nutritional needs. Heart-health specific programming including presentations on hypertension and hyperlipidemia are also available, as well as cooking classes and grocery store tours.
Coordinated by an ACSM-certified exercise physiologist with a special interest in wellness, Woman’s Medical Exercise Program is designed to help participants assume responsibility for their own exercise program, while working with guidance of a qualified instructor.
