BUST Breast Cancer, held on September 26 at L’Auberge Baton Rouge, raised more than $353,000 -- $100,000 more than the 2018 total -- to support Woman’s Mammography Coaches and breast services at the Breast & GYN Cancer Pavilion. At the event, more than 1,200 guests enjoyed tastings from 17 local restaurants and chefs, live and silent auctions, cocktails and a fashion show featuring 26 breast cancer survivors taking the stage in designs by local artists. Photos from the event can be viewed online.

The 21st Annual Woman’s Victory Open was held for the first time at the new location of TOPGOLF on September 30. The approximately $80,000 raised from this event also will support local women diagnosed with breast or gynecologic cancer throughout their cancer journey.
