Tackling Stress

Join us for an interactive coach and fitness instructor led stress management class. The topics covered will be:

  • What stress is
  • Types of stress
  • Recognizing stress
  • How stress impacts our health
  • Managing stress

Our certified health coach will begin with a 30-minute presentation and our fitness instructor will follow with an interactive beginner level Stretch class. You will practice breath work followed by  guided meditation to restore the body and clear mental clutter.

Registration is required.

Fitness Club Members: Select no fee, current fitness membership required.
