Learn to Lift

Use free weights to learn the fundamentals of strength training and proper lifting techniques.  Our trainers can teach you how to safely and effectively use resistance to get the most our of your workout on the gym floor or in a class.  Learn proper form to help gain muscle and burn fat!  Class is limited to 6 participants.
