LEARNING OBJECTIVES: At the conclusion of this program, learners will be able to - 

  1. Describe the function and importance of a perinatal and neonatal palliative care program.
  2. Identify appropriate therapeutic communication and implications of ineffective communication with a grieving family.
  3. Discuss memory making with patients experiencing a loss.
