Nutrition and Lifestyle Behaviors for Cancer Prevention and Survivorship

Woman’s is hosting a two-part series to learn about nutrition and lifestyle behaviors for cancer prevention and survivorship.

The first session covers the 10 lifestyle factors for risk and recurrence reduction, including healthy nutrition and physical activity goals.

The second session will focus on tips for successful meal planning and preparation and includes a plant-based cooking demo with taste samples. Learn the information and skills needed to propel you into a healthy and fit lifestyle.

Anyone looking to reduce their cancer risk or learn more about nutrition after a cancer diagnosis is invited to attend this series.

Classes may be registered for separately, and you are welcomed to attend either or both. (add each to cart then complete registration)
