Lymphedema Warm Water Exercise Class

Research shows that aquatic exercise is great for lymphedema. Our instructors will lead participants through a warm water exercise routine to help with range of motion, strength and endurance. Class is held in our warm water therapy pool. Space is limited.

Benefits include:

  • Water acts as a type of “compression”
  • Gentle on the joints
  • Easier movement for arms and legs that have edema.

This class is for people with the diagnosis of lymphedema. Medical clearance with a lymphedema diagnosis must be provided.
