Kirk Rousset, MD

Dr. Kirk Rousset is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, a member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, the American Medical Association, the Southern Medical Association, the American Fertility Society, the American Society of Anesthesiology, American Society of Critical Care Anesthesiologists and Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons. He is an Assistant Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology and Director of Critical Care Obstetrics and Minimally Invasive Pelvic Surgery at LSU Health Science Center, Earl K. Long Hospital. 

He is a native of New Orleans and has been practicing in Baton Rouge since 1984. He received a Doctoral degree in Medicine from Louisiana State University Medical Center in New Orleans. He completed his internship and residencies in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Anesthesiology from LSU Health Science Center in New Orleans in 1983 and 1993.
