How The Woman’s Program Works
(We also offer our alternative program optimized for diabetics and adolescents.)
Initial Nutrition Screen and Program Assessment (60 minutes):
- Review your health profile
- Explain the three phases of the program and how Ideal Protein products work
- Create your program timeline, develop your weight loss goals
- Establish exercise recommendations and vitamin and supplement requirements
Weekly Health Coach Appointments:
- You will meet with your health coach weekly during Phase 1 and 2.
- At each meeting, we will review your food journal, weigh-in and re-measure. We will work with you to create positive changes in your diet and encourage you to continue successfully throughout the program.
- We encourage our dieters to ask questions, and communicate any concerns or positive tips that we can share.
Because this weight loss method is not appropriate for everyone, Woman's does offer comprehensive nutrition care and fitness memberships.
