Get Started Woman’s Ideal Weight Loss Program is for women and men. Video: Initial Appointment Guide Step 1: Initial Appointment To request an appointment, complete the request form. Appointments are scheduled Monday-Friday. Early morning and afternoon appointments available (limited). Rescheduling or cancellation of appointments requires 24-hour notification. Step 2: Health Profile Complete the Ideal Protein Health Profile Form (PDF) and deliver or fax to Woman's Center for Wellness (fax 225-922-3774). After your profile is reviewed by our qualified staff, you will be contacted for an appointment. If you require physician’s approval, written approval is required before your appointment will be scheduled. Step 3: Registration We do not charge an initiation fee. You are responsible for buying products weekly to stay adherent to the protocol. Step 4: Weekly Meetings Weekly meetings, ongoing through Phases 1 and 2 will be conducted by one of our certified health coaches. We will review your food journal, weigh-in and re-measure. We will help you create positive changes in your diet, and encourage you to continue successfully throughout the program. We encourage our dieters to ask questions and communicate any concerns or positive tips that we can share.
