Step 1: Initial Appointment

  • To request an appointment, complete the request form.
  • Appointments are scheduled Monday-Friday. Early morning and afternoon appointments available (limited).
  • Rescheduling or cancellation of appointments requires 24-hour notification.
     

Step 2: Health Profile

  • Complete the Ideal Protein Health Profile Form (PDF) and deliver or fax to Woman's Center for Wellness (fax 225-922-3774).
  • After your profile is reviewed by our qualified staff, you will be contacted for an appointment.
  • If you require physician’s approval, written approval is required before your appointment will be scheduled.

Step 3: Registration

  • We do not charge an initiation fee. You are responsible for buying products weekly to stay adherent to the protocol.

Step 4: Weekly Meetings

  • Weekly meetings, ongoing  through Phases 1 and 2 will be conducted by one of our certified health coaches.
  • We will review your food journal, weigh-in and re-measure. We will help you create positive changes in your diet, and encourage you to continue successfully throughout the program.
  • We encourage our dieters to ask questions and communicate any concerns or positive tips that we can share.
