Woman’s Ideal Weight Loss Program is for women and men.

Step 1: Initial Appointment

  • To sign up and request an appointment, complete the request form.
  • Appointments are scheduled Monday & Thursday 7:00 AM-6:30 PM, Tuesday 7:00 AM-11:00 AM, Wednesday 7:00 AM-5:00 PM, and Friday 7:00 AM-12:30 PM.

Step 2: Health Profile

  • Complete the Ideal Protein Health Profile Form (PDF) and deliver or fax to Woman's Center for Wellness (fax 225-922-3774).
  • After your profile is reviewed by our registered dietitians, you will be contacted for an appointment.
  • If you require physician’s approval, written approval is required before your appointment will be scheduled.

Step 3: Registration

  • $125* registration fee covers an initial one-hour consultation with our nutrition and fitness staff, plus weekly 15-minute appointments throughout your four-phase program.
  • Ideal Protein products are an additional cost and may only be purchased by qualified dieters.
  • It's never too late to get in shape!

Step 4: Weekly Meetings

  • Weekly meetings, ongoing until week 5 of Phase 4, will be conducted by a member of our team.
  • We will review your food journal, weigh-in and re-measure. We will help you create positive changes in your diet, and encourage you to continue successfully throughout the program.
  • We encourage our dieters to ask questions and communicate any concerns or positive tips that we can share.
