Get Started Woman’s Ideal Weight Loss Program is for women and men. Step 1: Initial Appointment To sign up and request an appointment, complete the request form. Appointments are scheduled Monday & Thursday 7:00 AM-6:30 PM, Tuesday 7:00 AM-11:00 AM, Wednesday 7:00 AM-5:00 PM, and Friday 7:00 AM-12:30 PM. Step 2: Health Profile Complete the Ideal Protein Health Profile Form (PDF) and deliver or fax to Woman's Center for Wellness (fax 225-922-3774). After your profile is reviewed by our registered dietitians, you will be contacted for an appointment. If you require physician’s approval, written approval is required before your appointment will be scheduled. Step 3: Registration $125* registration fee covers an initial one-hour consultation with our nutrition and fitness staff, plus weekly 15-minute appointments throughout your four-phase program. Ideal Protein products are an additional cost and may only be purchased by qualified dieters. It's never too late to get in shape! Step 4: Weekly Meetings Weekly meetings, ongoing until week 5 of Phase 4, will be conducted by a member of our team. We will review your food journal, weigh-in and re-measure. We will help you create positive changes in your diet, and encourage you to continue successfully throughout the program. We encourage our dieters to ask questions and communicate any concerns or positive tips that we can share.
