How The Woman’s Program Works

Initial Nutrition Screen and Program Assessment (60 minutes):

  • Review your health profile
  • Explain the four phases of the program and how Ideal Protein products work
  • Create your program timeline, develop your weight loss goals
  • Establish exercise recommendations and vitamin and supplement requirements

Weekly 15-Minute Meetings:

  • Your weekly meetings, which are ongoing until week 5 of Phase 4, will be conducted by a member of our team.
  • At each meeting, we will review your food journal, weigh-in and re-measure. We will work with you to create positive changes in your diet and encourage you to continue successfully throughout the program.
  • We encourage our dieters to ask questions, and communicate any concerns or positive tips that we can share.
