[ Search for classes ] Health Tips:- Vision test once between ages 20-39
- Breast self exam every month
- Yearly physical exam including height, weight, blood pressure, skin cancer screening, breast and pelvic exams including pap test yearly or as recommended by your doctor
- Mole self exam every month
- Hearing test every 10 years
- Blood and urine tests depending on your risk factors to check for diabetes, thyroid disease, urogenital infection, and/or heart disease
- Lipid screening every 3 years
- Tetanus-diphtheria-pertussis (Tdap) booster once every 10 years
- STD tests (both partners) before initiating sexual intercourse

- Yearly flu shot
