Steam Treatments

Steam therapy has been used for years to improve and maintain good health and beauty. The warm, moist atmosphere of the steam bath improves circulation and hydrates the skin, which improves skin tone, elasticity, texture and color.

During the treatment, the increase in body temperature results in increased perspiration, which helps rid the body of toxins and impurities and boosts the immune system. Aromatherapy for sinus and congestion can be included with any steam treatment.

Salt Glow Exfoliation*

Application of sea salt, essential oils and steam. Stimulates circulation, exfoliates, softens, and soothes the skin.

Organic Mud Treatment*

Dry exfoliation of skin, followed by application of oil, mud and steam. Draws out toxins, stimulates circulation and improves stagnant cellulite areas.

Skin Hydration Therapy*

Dry exfoliation of skin, followed by application of hydration gel, steam and body lotion. Deeply moisturizes and hydrates skin.

Dry exfoliation of skin, followed by application of oil and steam bath. Exfoliates, stimulates circulation, removes toxins and relieves sore muscles.

Aroma Massage Steam Treatment*

Full body massage, followed by aroma-infused steam bath. Relaxes muscles, stimulates circulation, removes toxins and boosts immune system.

*Steam Treatments cannot be given to pregnant clients under any circumstances. Due to the increase in cardiovascular activity brought on by heat, steam therapy is not recommended for those who have high blood pressure, heart disease, or other cardiovascular problems. A written physician clearance is required under these circumstances.
