Woman’s Weight Loss Program
Initial Nutrition Screen and Program Assessment (60 minutes)
During your initial appointment you and a member of our team will discuss:
- Your health profile
- The four phases of the program
- Details of the Phase 1 protocol
- Ideal protein product overview
- Create your program timeline
- Develop your weight loss goals
- Exercise recommendations
- Vitamin and supplement requirements
Weekly 15-minute Meetings
Your weekly meetings will be conducted by a member of our team. You meet weekly with us until your 5th week of Phase 4. At each meeting we will review your food journal, weigh, and re-measure. As we review your food journal, we will work with you to create positive changes in your diet, and encourage you to continue successfully throughout the program. We encourage our dieters to ask questions, and communicate any concerns or positive tips that we can share with all of our dieters.
Weekly Tips and Nutrition Education
Each week our dieters will receive an email that contains a nutrition tip and tasty Ideal Protein recipe!
