Individual Nutrition Counseling
One-on-one Counseling Sessions
Nutrition counseling can improve your health, energy level, self-esteem and establish the foundation for a healthy relationship with food. Our registered dietitians use behavior modification and motivational interviewing to help you develop your healthy eating goals.
Changing eating habits is not only about what you eat, but also how you eat. For that reason your counseling sessions will be tailored to your nutrition needs and lifestyle.
