Our own version of the latest trend in fitness workouts, our Maniac program consists of fast paced circuit style workouts with cardio and body weight exercises. This program is intense, designed to burn lots of calories, and changes the physique. Because of the workout intensity, it is important to understand individual limitations as well as when to take it to the next level. This requires an intelligent approach to a maniacal workout.

Before you sign up, you must be able to:

  • Commit to the entire program (all 12 classes).
  • Do your homework assignments. These alternate workouts will be designed for you.

The following pre-requisites are required for participation (prior to start date):

  • You should not have any history of knee or hip problems, history of arthritis or other degenerative bone and joint diseases.
  • Due to the high impact of the exercises, you should be able to withstand repetitive movements of the hip and knee joints.
  • You should be able to withstand 30 minutes of moderate intensity cardio (7 out of 10) without rest.
  • You should be able to complete 30-60 sec of a static wall squat.
  • You should be able to complete 5 regular pushups or 10 modified pushups.
