Wellness Programs for Your Cardiovascular Health
Woman's offers fitness, nutrition, and education programs that incorporate heart-healthy behaviors and choices, ranging from diet plans lower in sodium and fat to exercise focusing on the target heart rate zones. Depending upon your needs, you may take advantage of one or more of these beneficial offerings.
Our registered dietitian can work with you one-on-one or in a group setting to provide the information you need to manage your nutritional needs effectively. Heart-health specific programming including presentations on hypertension and hyperlipidemia are also available, as well as cooking classes and grocery store tours.
Coordinated by an ACSM-certified exercise physiologist with a special interest in wellness, our Forward Motion program is designed to help participants assume responsibility for their own exercise program, while working with guidance of a qualified instructor.
Fitness Club Membership
As the area’s premier women-only fitness facility, Woman's Fitness Club stands apart from other clubs by offering services and programs specifically designed for the unique fitness, rehabilitation and wellness needs of women. This three-month membership allows women to experience membership without a long-term commitment, under the guidance of clinical specialists.
Medical Personal Training
For women who suffer with musculoskeletal impairments, muscle imbalances, conditioning, and/or rehabilitation concerns, we offer specialized personal training designed to support their specific needs.
