Tai Chi

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese exercise with movements that originated as a martial art form. Tai Chi is practiced widely for its health, stress management and relaxation benefits. It also helps to improve balance and creates an awareness of how the body moves. It calms the mind and reduces stress by focusing your attention on the movements. Students of Tai Chi learn to breathe deeply as they stretch and practice balance. This technique is also known as “dynamic relaxation."
