Yoga

Yoga places emphasis on the breath and poses to calm the nerves, cleanse the circulatory system, and improve digestion. By practicing yoga, our clients find themselves feeling more grounded and relaxed. Other benefits of a yoga practice include increased flexibility, improved posture and bone health, decreased blood pressure, and reduced stress levels.

Our classes cover a range of yogic methods, from beginner to advanced levels, and are held in a relaxing atmosphere with a view of nature. Each certified instructor will offer alternatives to poses depending on your experience.

Pre & Postnatal Fitness Programs
Prenatal exercise can also help you prepare physically, mentally and emotionally for giving birth and becoming a mother. Moms-to-be are led through a wide range of poses adapted for the ever-changing pregnant body, preparing her for labor and motherhood, as well as helping to alleviate some of the associated discomforts of pregnancy. We offer exercise classes for mom-to-be and new moms looking to stay strong, fit and more comfortable during pregnancy and after delivery.
