Our program for conditioning and weight loss includes work outs with inspirational trainers, a nutrition consultation with our registered dietitian to maintain energy and stamina, gym membership for general public participants, and more!
 
Jump Start

 A Program for Conditioning and Weight Loss

Are you ready to make a change in the way you approach diet and exercise?  We can help you take the steps you need to approach conditioning and weight loss in a safe and healthy way. Jump Start consists of 12 weeks of consistent workouts with our motiviating exercise specialists.

  • 24 group training sessions plus homework assignments
  • Individual nutrition assessment and two follow-up sessions with our registered dietitian
  • Polar™ heart rate monitor watch
  • Three-month gym membership for non-member participants
  • Fitness testing to chart your progress and help meet your goals
  • Program binder to guide you
  • Exercise and nutrition journal to keep you focused on your health
  • Program t-shirt

Jump Start Plus

Coaching, Nutrition and Group Personal Training for Woman of Size

See, feel and change your lifestyle with a program that incorporates the fitness and nutrition basics of the Jump Start program PLUS behavior and wellness coaching geared towards women with larger weight loss goals. 10-week program includes:

  • 2 weekly group aquatic personal training sessions
  • Weekly fitness assignments
  • 3 individual sessions for nutrition counseling
  • Weekly wellness and behavior coaching sessions with optional office appointment or online e-mail session
  • Three month gym membership for general public participants
  • Group support and encouragement
  • Food and reflection journals
  • Optional extended program coaching sessions
