BioDr. Julius Mullins, Jr. is a graduate of LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans, 1976. He interned at Earl K. Long Memorial Hospital (Baton Rouge) and completed his residency at the University of South Alabama in Mobile, Alabama. He is a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, LA State Medical Society and the American Medical Association.
