BioDr. Brown is Medical Director for Woman's Hospital. In this role, he directs the medical staff in Patient Safety and Quality Improvements and leads the development of clinical and graduate medical programs. Dr. Brown attended Howard University School of Medicine in Washington, DC and completed his residency at Louisiana State University Charity Hospital. He also received his MBA from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. In addition to his role as Medical Director, Dr. Brown is also an Associate Clinical Professor in LSU Health Sciences Center Residency Programs. Dr. Brown is a Diplomat and Fellow for the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and previously represented the American Congress of Ob-Gyn (ACOG) as a Primary Care Fellow at the U.S. Public Health Service and Dept. of Health and Human Services in Washington, DC. He is a Fellow of the American Board of Healthcare Executives and is also a Diplomat in the American Board of Medical Management.
